I am a faculty of Psychology with a background in training and working with NGOs. Prior to taking up the current role in 2018, she served as Subject Matter Expert with Cogtest Services, Gurgaon and Assistant Director (Training and Development) with Sericulture Research and Development Council, New Delhi. She also worked as a Master Trainer for the Saksham project headed by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, under GFATM-7. She was a resource person for different pieces of training organized for the ICTC Counselors, NGO’s and nurses working at government hospitals. She supervised the Counsellors for the counseling process and resolving problems (for the TI population) as per the guidelines of the NACO module for HIV / AIDS. Meenakshi holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Dr. H. S. Gour University, Sagar, M.P.
